I bought a gift card today days ago and I scratched off the pin. I have put in a ticket and tried to call support but no one has gotten back to me. It seems a lot of people do the same thing. Why is no one able to assist?

Unfortunately, we have limited access to this part of our system. However, I suggest that you submit a Ticket or chat with customer service via Live Chat by clicking the green chat button at the bottom right to get this sorted out in real-time. Please make sure to include all relevant information and photos of the card with an over-scratch code. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:
- Everything has to be a separate image.
- Do not stack the gift card and receipt.
- Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.
- Kindly change the file size to a smaller size.
- Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
