Kraken x for console mic doesn’t get detected on acer nitro 5 laptop so whenever I try to select the mic it doesn’t show up. I have not installed the 7.1 surround sound yet. It doesn’t get detected on synapse because it is not supported but the audio is working. I tried updating drivers, uninstalling them but nothing works, the troubleshooting video was of no use either.
