I need a little help razer!

Hey guys. So I recently bought a new Razer Cynosa V2 and while playing my games it broke like the stands just broke. I still have the boxe and everything for it. The box said it had a 2 year warranty. How does this work please reply back as soon as possible! Thank you in advance!

Has this happened to ever or am i the first?

It’s more than two weeks since you bought it? I have no experience with Razer warranty service but I’d expect a hard time if it broke during regular use without an obvious defect. It won’t be easy. It’s very wordy but check out this page https://www.razer.com/warranty, quite a way down they detail how to make a claim here https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support, you’ll need proof of purchase to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number, don’t send any product without that. Good luck friend, I expect you’ll need it.

That is not supposed to happen. Please send me a photo of the broken stand of your keyboard for me to get a better picture. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of your keyboard and a copy of your proof of purchase so I can validate its warranty.
