I am finding it impossible to get a new battery for my Blade 14, can I please get support to ship me a new battery? There are no repair shops listed or anything, please help.

Let me check the availability of the spare part. Please end me a PM with your laptop serial number, region and short video of the issue so I can assist you. Also, to set your expectation, Razer does not sell out internal parts of Blades. However, you can have the unit sent and undergo a repair. Have a great day!
