I need a spare 5 star wheel base for my Razer Enki X chair

Hello one of the 5 star legs of my Enki X Gaming Chair (model RZ38-0388) has broken. How can i get a replacement. My chair is out of warranty.

I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer  Enki X.  You can submit a ticket through this link.

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your chair spare part request.

Alternatively, you can send me a PM together with your device’s serial number, and I can help you initiate a support ticket.
