So my keycap hinge cracked and the w key (of course the most used key on the board) is now popping off.
I have looked everywhere and I can’t believe that I have a 3000.00 brick because of a silly keycap. Why can’t I just order a new keycap like every other PC maker in existence. FYI, not my first broken key.
Someone tell me there is a solution that doesn’t involve paying to ship my laptop back and pay someone in China to pop a new key in there. please!
