I need help
I spilled a bit of juice on my keyboard.
Fortunately, the switches are not broken, but a few keys return to their natural position very slowly when pressed.
Is there any way to solve this problem?
I tried to contact support but their e-mail was useless.

This type of damage isn't covered under our Limited Warranty Policy. The next best thing that you can do is hope that the sticky juice residue gets flushed out by spraying rubbing alcohol into the sticky switches after pressing down on them. Make sure to unplug the keyboard before trying that out and let it dry before plugging it back in.
