I have Razer Nari Ultimate and for some reason when there is no app or a game or smt else that has an audio goin on a strange continuous sound keeps comming from them, until I mute the mic.

i think you have a similar issue from OG Post a while ago, and @FiszPL give this solution, you can try it out
"If the mic is picking up the audio from headset - there is some setting inside windows to stop doing this.
Right click on your audio icon on taskbar, recording devices, select device and hit properties, go to listen tab and make sure "Listen to this deice" is not checked."

Try to follow the steps here for fixing mic issues. Make sure the Synapse application and Windows OS are up to date as well.
