I NEED HELP!!

My Black Widow Elite V2 works perfectly fine outside of 2 games in specific, Apex and halo Infinite, my "A" Key for moving left at times randomly stops working and i have to press it a few times to get it to work again, ive done a few test to try and replicate it in other games but it absolutely will not happen, i have even tried a 200 click test and both times ive done it ive counted 200 individual "A's". It has happened before like 2 years ago but ti stopped and now its back and wont go away! PLEAS EHELP
