I need help about surround sound 7.1

Hello! I bought my razer v2 kitty and im ready to put my activation code for surround 7.1 sound, but when i try to install the laucher wont open and says code file error. Whern i open this file, it says ‘’Failed to write installer file (Permission denied)’’. How can i fix it and open the launcher? Ive already tried installing it again and turning off and on my pc. Nothing helped:(
