I need help bacause of covid 19

So in may 2020 i bought a headset but it really wasnt like i wanted and i didnt like it unfortunatly i couldnt return it because of covid but when i bought. It tere was no were who was saying that couldnt return it so now would someone help me to return it if possible and it is still in good shape
