Hello,

I need help changing the email address that I no longer have access to please, how do I do that ?

I just purchased the Basilisk to change my Razer Tapain bought in 2014 ! This mouse was amazing and the mouse wheel only died this week after 12 years !

It’s time for her to rest now. 🪦

I’d like to add the bazilisk to my account I don’t want to create a new account please.

Thanks for your help.

Hey there, @Foxdie28

Please follow the steps below to change the email address associated with a Razer ID:

  1. Go to https://razerid.razer.com/. Alternatively, open Razer Central from the system tray.

    System tray pane

  2. Log in with your Razer ID credentials.

Note: If you are accessing Razer Central and have already logged in, click on your profile name or icon to view your profile.

    Razer Central pane

  3. Click on “Email” under “LOG IN”.

    Razer ID page

  4. Enter the two-step authentication code.

Note: If you have set to send the authentication to your old email which you do not already have access to, contact Razer Support.

  5. Enter your new email.

  6. Click “SAVE”.

    Razer ID email section

  7. After successfully saving your new email address, access your email.

  8. Click on the Razer ID verification link sent to your email.

    Email from the Razer Team

Note: Click on “Re-send email” if you have not received the verification email. Also, check your spam folder.

Razer Synapse 3 account tab window

  9. Re-login your Razer ID after Razer applications restart.

You should now have successfully changed the email address associated with your Razer ID.
