I need help getting the Mic on my Razer TE headset

I have tested my mic in my discord app, also tested the mic on Razer Synapse, the mic works in both but will not allow me to chat on discord. Any help would be appreciated. I also have an IT background, and have tried everything that i can do to get this to work and still will not. And i never had a problem like this with my old Logitec G430 headset.
