hi, I bought the razer nari essentia a few days ago and I installed the synapse 3, however the application does not recognize the device. I have already set the headphones as the default sound but still the problem continues. If anyone knows how to fix it please help me. thank you very much.

    Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Are you connecting the headset to a PC? If yes, please connect the dongle at the rear USB ports directly and see if it helps. Connect the device to another USB port or computer to isolate the issue.
