I bought a gift card three days ago and I scratched off the pin. I have put in a ticket and tried to call support but no one has gotten back to me. It seems a lot of people do the same thing. Why is no one able to assist? 

I am going through the same thing. Seems like thus company is a scam. How is there no one to help with it seems like everyone has this same issue
