I need help to reinstall display drivers

In an attempt to fix an issue with the scream flickering i delated the drivers. the issue seems to be fixed but now my screen resolution is all off. Please tell me where to find the drives I need. windows tells me everything us up to date so I don’t know what todo. Thank you.
