I need help with Huntsman TE Keyboard

My shift key is lit up red all the time. alt, m and ctrl are not lit up. when i press FN key shift, z and x keys stay red and keyboard F function keys don't work. I checked synapse no macros are set, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and resetting the keyboard with no luck.

    Please check if the same behavior happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled? Also, try checking if gaming mode is turned on in your Razer Synapse settings.
