i need help with my Razer Account email. I have lost access to it 
I know i already made a request to have my stuff changed to my new Gmail account but i wrote my info down to a Razer Team Member all wrong because i was very sleep deprived and cause i lost everything in the hack on my Gmail account. | can provide any information you need to get my Razer account back in my possession.

I have limited access to this part of our system, but I can help you by creating a support ticket and forwarding your details to the relevant team so they can proceed with your account migration request. Before we do that, please send me a PM and let me know whether your old Razer ID has any of the following data linked to it:

  • Razer ID, Profiles, and Razer Synapse Cloud settings
  • License code for 7.1 Surround Sound or Surround Pro
  • Cortex settings, gameplay, and Wish List
  • Newsletter subscriptions
  • RazerStore address book
  • Razer Game Store profile
  • Razer Gold/Silver wallet balance

Then, please include the following details in your PM:

  • Razer ID:
  • Old email address:
  • New email address:
  • Date of birth:
  • Full name:
  • Phone number:
  • Country:

Once I receive this information, I’ll create a ticket and relay everything to our Support Team so they can review and proceed with the account migration. Thanks!
