i need help with my razer huntsman v3

So about a day ago my huntsman randomly well I was playing valorant and randomly my keyboard stopping inputting anything all the keys and all the leds turned green  and when I open synapse the color changes but it still won’t input I’ve tried everything deleting the driver I tried putting it in demo mode

Have you checked if this behavior occurs while the Razer Synapse is disabled or closed? Alternatively, you can log in as a guest Synapse user and see if the issue persists. Try resetting your device through the Razer Synapse settings and see if that helps.
