Please I need help with the missing pin on my Razer Gold gift card. I mistakenly scratched off some of the pin. I've got all needed information if anyone can help with it... i need swift reply please

    Please contact Razer Gold Support via http://gold.razer.com/ticket-inbox/submit 

    Also do not send any card information to non-support users on Insider (or other forums). The only official way is via official Razer Gold website.

    I suggest that you submit a support ticket directly through this link: https://gold.razer.com/global/en/help/ticket-submit. Please make sure to include all relevant information and photos of the card with an over-scratch code. Kindly ensure to follow the specifications as below:

     

    1. Everything has to be a separate image.

    2. Do not stack the gift card and receipt.

    3. Do not blur or mark on the gift card and receipt.

    4. Kindly ensure that the images are clear and show all four corners.
