Someone from the support could help me, I recharged yesterday (01-11-2019) to buy a specific game and today in the morning (02-11-2019) the service was removed from the site, I tried to make the exchange for a Karma Koin but the values are different I don't know what to do help me, i need to convert the value to Karma coin 25,99 dollar but in Razer Gold just sell 50 dollar PIN
