I need help with Razer Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed - Earbuds

The issue I have with this product is battery. Firmware is updated with Razer Audio Android app. I got these earbuds a few days ago and battery only last 1 hour. I have other similar earbuds Razer Hammerhead HyperSpeed (Xbox Licensed) - Wireless Multi-Platform Gaming Earbuds and the battery last for 3 hours aprox.

I tried contacting Razer Warranty Support, but when I enter the serial number it says “Your product is out of limited warranty and ineligible for free support. If you have a RazerCare Protection plan, willing to pay a repair fee (for laptops only), or feel this is an error, please make the appropriate selection. Proof of purchase is required if you do not have a RazerCare Protection plan. We recommend posting your questions to our Razer Insider where you may get your answer faster.” I bought it from Amazon a few days ago.
