I bought my blackshark V2 pro in march 2025, but i didn't bought it in a razer store, i didn't new about the surround soun 7.1 and i try to get my activation code but i can't. I already have the product number and id, and it didn't work
I need help with the surround sound 7.1

The Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) or Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2020) doesn’t support Razer 7.1 Surround Sound. Instead, it has THX Spatial Audio integrated into your headset. I suggest taking a look at this link that provides detailed instructions on how to configure THX Spatial Audio on Razer Synapse. Hopefully this helps you get everything set up properly.
