i need help with the surround sound

I bought my blackshark V2 x in oct 2025, but i didn't bought it in a razer store, i didn't know about the surround soun 7.1 code and i tried to get my activation code but i can't. I already have the product number and id, and it didn't work

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the activation code for your Razer BlackShark V2 X. Typically, the activation code should be on a scratch card inside the packaging as indicated here. If you can't find it, or if it seems like it's already been used, I'd recommend reaching out to the reseller to see if they can provide a replacement.

For future purchases, it's a good idea to go through authorized Razer resellers. That way, you can be sure you're getting genuine products and they come with the full support and warranty.
