Thanks for sharing the serial number. Upon checking, it would seem that your headset was registered way back in 2023. Based on the serial number, the headset was manufactured in 2021 and was registered in 2023. There is a risk that products purchased from non authorized resellers are often counterfeit or re-boxed goods. I would highly suggest that you get in touch with your reseller for a refund. Unfortunately, we do not have spare 7.1 Surround activation codes. Just send me a PM for any other concerns.
