Hi, my headphones stopped working a few weeks ago and i unpaired them from my pc and now i cannot pair them again, i have updated my drivers but they still won't pair. I need help because it's not my first time happen something similar, before it was the microphone and I had to return it.

What's the model of the affected headset? Have you tried using the Razer headset pairing utility to pair them? If the problem persists, please test the device on a different computer and check if the same issue occurs. Feel free to PM me with the headset serial number so I can check its model and provide other workarounds. All the best!
