I need the activation code for 7.1 surround sound after clean re-installation Windows 10

After clean re-installation Windows 10 I need the activation code for 7.1 surround sound for my RAZER KRAKEN PRO V2 - OVAL EAR CUSHIONS. I find my old key in email after registration but when I enter the code, I see the message that it does not fit. And even when I login under my account, activation does not occur. Please, help.

    You should still be able to use the surround sound of your headset through the app. Do note that you cannot use the code on the newer version of the Surround Surround App. You can download the Razer Surround Pro from here.
