Hi,
I bought a Kraken headset a year ago and got ridof the package and the code within.
Now I need the activation code for surround 7.1. I allready registerd my headset but
didn´t get any email with a code.
Can you guys please help me?

Which kraken headset do you have exactly?
all the problem in the game like in PUBG I CAN NOT HEARING THE STEPS CLEARLY AND THE SOUND
The sound is muffled and I cannot hear clearly at all. Also, in calls on Discord, I feel that the voice of others is muffled and not pure.

IIt's not eligible for 7.1 surround, as it's THX Spatial compatible headset. Just install Synapse software and remember to connect headset via included USB sound card.
