I am not having any luck getting thru to anyone with Razer. Can someone tell me how to place an order for a new Razer battery. I have my model and serial number. Thanks so much!

Please note that we do not ship out parts of our systems. You will have to send the laptop in to get the battery replaced. PM me the serial number should you want to explore that route.
