I need to update my mobile number as I no longer have access to my old one.

I changed mobile companies a few years ago now and can’t get the unique code sent through, I also don’t have access to the recovery code that I made a very long time ago. can someone please help? I have gone around in circles on the support pages and there is no clear way to contact anyone or even live chat.
