I was never able to redeem my Razer Gold. The website never gave me any OTP or codes. I tried asking other people to open my account and claim it and it always shows "There's an unexpected error, please try again later" even when I am trying to access my settings and try to get backup codes. There's no problem with my internet connection since I tried it using others' lol it's been months now and Razer is not responding properly to my support tickets.
