Several days ago my dongle was lost and I have not been able to use my mouse, and the bluetooth of it does not work, can I buy another dongle? and how do i connect it?

I ordered my dongle and my bluetooth doesn't work
+1Which mouse you’re using? Bluetooth dongle has drivers installed? Can you pair with some other device (smartphone) to check if BT dongle is correctly working?
Also mouse is in pairing mode when connecting via BT?
