I purchased an 18-inch laptop and a cooling pad at a retail store, but six months later I still haven’t received the Razer Silver.

On October 15 of last year, I purchased an 18-inch laptop and a cooling pad at the Razer store in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong. Six months later, I hadn’t received the Razer Silver, so I contacted customer service. They told me I needed to provide the 19-digit order number, but my physical receipt and the email confirmation only show the number #RZHK00000 on the receipt. The receipt also proves that I purchased the item directly from your Razer store, not through a third-party retailer. Is your company refusing to provide the Razer Silver, It’s not an online order either—how do handle that?
