i have been going around in circles for a month trying to get my rma mouse, every phone number I can find only takes you to tech support, they tell you every time that you are calling the wrong place, I am told to go to chat support on the website, that does not work. I was given a fed ex tracking number after 2 weeks when I finally got through to someone on tech support (usually takes about 5-10 tries calling before I can get someone), it has not left Razer facilities in 2 weeks now, I had someone on tech support say it was fedex's fault (it isn't), then it was covid's fault (I can see that to an extent, not 2 weeks to throw a mouse on a truck though), then that it was other customers fault (seriously?)
I just want my mouse...

Worst customer service EVER!! I also have been waiting one month for a pair of headphones. You cannot talk to anyone in customer service and the technical service can't help at all! This is very sad for Razer. I will NEVER EVER buy their products again!!
