I recently bought a Cynosa Lite kayboard and i cant install razer synapse 3.

So i recently got a brand new cynosa lite keyboard and i wanted to download razer synapse 3 but i can't install it. I open the installer and then it just closes himself, creating a .err file saying : "Failed to write installer file (Permission denied)" What can i do ?Please help me i've tried everything, I've tried uninstalling the drivers, I installed VC_redist latest version, everything, but still doesn't work. Please help me !
