I recently got a new Viper Mini and the RGB and clicking works,but the sensor does not work or shine

Hello! I bought a Viper Mini mouse on Monday (7/6) and it arrived yesterday (7/10) and the sensor seems to be turned off or something. It does not detect on any of my devices however the RGB is working as well as left, right, forward, and back clicks. The sensor doesn't even shine red like it is supposed to. Have I gotten a defective product or am I missing a part of the installation?

Hey there! I appreciate your interest in our products. Does the issue happen while the mouse is connected to a different USB port or computer? Have you tried the mouse on different surfaces? Please reset the mouse using the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings and see if it helps.
