I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, and the included 7.1 Surround Sound activation code is not working.

Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, and the included 7.1 Surround Sound activation code is not working.
When I enter the code, I receive a message saying it is either "invalid" or "already used."
I am certain that I entered the code correctly.

I purchased the product from [store name] on [purchase date], and I have attached a copy of my receipt.

I kindly request your assistance in reissuing the activation code or resolving the issue.
