I redeemed $25 gift card with Silver but Sent Voucher not guft catd.

Hi, I used my Point for A $25 GameStop card…I live in the US.. after redeeming my point I got a email from Razor Gold Company and in the email was a Voucher # and Security Code #…… none of those can be used on GameStop.com 

THEY DONT NEED A VOUCHER NUMBER NEEDS A GIFT CARD AND A 4 digit Pin…

 

so confused how to claim the Voucher code that was sent??? Cus no where on the web site can you use a Voucher # it is not considered a promo code I check.

 

Voucher Code and Gift Card are 2 different things.

no accurate information or instructions to redeem a VOUCHER for a $25 Gift Card….-_-
