Razer Synapse is showing my Blackshark V2 as “Device is switched off”. My headset works without any issues when connected via USB. How can i fix this?

Hello there,
Have you tried updating your headset’s firmware? If not yet, please do so. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds. Looking forward to your response!
