i tried activating 7.1 surrond sound and the code is used!

i bought a new razer headset from a big and known store and everything. the headset is new for sure, even the code was painted and i had to scratch it to see the code. i entered the code only to get "lincense is used" something like that. im very angry, is there something i can do?

    Please PM me a photo of the scratched card, an uncensored copy of the screenshot of the error message, and the serial number of your headset. I'll take it from there.
