I tried restarting. I tried clearing browser cache. And when I try to get my backup codes, IT PROMPTS ME TO TYPE THE SMS OTP WHICH I DO NOT RECEIVE. When I try to change the phone number. Guess what? IT STILL PROMPTS ME TO ENTER AN SMS OTP!
