I've a Warranty return to send via DHL and as the turnaround on the warranty claim is so slow for answers I'm trying here. Im based in Northern Ireland and Im unsure where to take the package once Ive done the multitude of things required to return the faulty laptop. Its off to Germany in case anyone is wondering where warranty cases end up.



So will the post office take the package?

BTW I can't seem to find how to get a live chat even though I was given a URL for the purpose....https://support.razer.com/live-chat I just seem to stuck in one of those loops round and round. This question could be answered simply on there.
Please PM me your ticket number so I can check where we are with the warranty claim. By the way, did you receive a prepaid shipping label and a guide on how to go about with the return package from our Support Team? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the return package's tracking number as well.
