I've bought Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed with Hyperspeed Dongle but i cant use 8000 Hertz

I’ve bought Razer Deathadder V3 Hyperspeed with Hyperspeed Dongle for using it at 8000 Hertz but it works with max 1000 hertz pollrate. Also i cant see the dongle at synapse. Help me out.
