I've had the Razer Kraken v3 for about a year now and it broke.

The sound and mic all work fine until it randomly cuts out and freezes my pc, keep in mind I’ve tried different ports and the same ports work completely fine with other devices, and I noticed that on the right earcup where the led Razer logo is it is pushed in and moves around when I move the headset but I’m not sure how that would even happen, the other earcup was completely normal and when I tried pushing on the led logo it stayed there completely solid, I’m not sure what to do.
