Hello! Ive got a problem coz of my stupidity( Ive bought Blackshark v2 X, and accidentally damaged the scratch-card code. And now cant activate the headphoes in 7.1 surround( Is there any other option to activate the product, or maybe recieve a new activation code?

bro try finding out the mising letters by trying all letters from a - Z :D

Alternatively, you can register your headset here and receive the activation code through email. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your headset and Razer ID/Email so I can start a case and request for a new activation code. *Thread locked.
