Hello Razer Support,

I own a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I cannot find the 7.1 Surround Sound activation code that should have been included in the box. Additionally, the serial number on the headset is partially worn off and difficult to read.

I purchased the product from Noon, and I can provide proof of purchase if needed.

I would appreciate your help in retrieving my activation code or verifying my device so I can activate the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.

Please let me know what information or photos you need from me.

Please be informed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X serial number is needed to register device to your Razer account. If the product serial number has been altered, obliterated, or is no longer readable, the warranty may be considered void, and we’re unable to process registration or request activation on our end.

In this case, I recommend contacting your reseller from Noon, regarding a possible return or replacement, especially since you still have your proof of purchase. For future purchases, please ensure that you buy from Razer authorized resellers listed here. Take care for now!
