(Copy of a ticket and a reddit thread on r/razer for faster response, i want my money back pls)

 

Hi razer team,

So now I've lost patience and I'll tell you the truth of what I think about your bad service, I bought the thx spatial audio through razer gold, after a day the payment was pending, I contacted you and it took a while to resolve week practically, you told me that it is a bank anti-fraud system and that my payment has not been accepted, I have seen on your site and on my bank, that the payment is pending and not that it has been refused, but you have said i will get my money back. IN THE MEANTIME I decided to buy the thx spatial audio again through normal razer.com and not with the razer gold, payment went through successfully, minus another 24.99 euros, there was the end of payment screen and I was 20 minutes waiting for checkout and there was an endless load so I decided to close the page and open my email to see if I had received the code, as I expected the code I have NOT received it now either, you have me again removed the money and so now I'm out of 50 euros (realize that 50 euros is not 2 euros) the payment does not result in any transition on your site in any page, now what should I do? wait another week? NO now I want my 24.99 x 2 euros back without a fuss and will never buy from you again, or at the very least a refund of 24.99 euros and a thx spatial audio that I've been waiting for a week now. That being said to me you are incompetent support and I want the problem fixed by today.
