I want to change my mobile phone number but i lost my old phone number and my backup codes

but i still have my main email since 2019 ive bought a razer mouse keyboard and headset in 2019 and bought a face cam last year and today just bought the Razer blackshark v2 hyperspeed i have proof if needed i just want to change my phone number linked to my account, cause i dont have it anymore and also i dont have my back up codes saved no where? Any Staff can help me with my issue? Thanks in advance :)
