I want to change my phone number because i don't have access to my old phone number anymore

Hi, i want to change my phone number or remove it so i can add the new one, i  don’t have problem with my email but my old phone number still stuck with my account, and i almost can’t do anything when it there, i just can’t add my authy or change number or even comfirm the purchase
