I want to replace the audio jack on the USB audio controller

I have the Kraken Tournament Edition headset and the audio jack isn’t working well for couple of years now but it has reached a point where I have to try for maybe half an hour just to find a spot where both sides work correctly, I can’t find anything about how to dissasmble, which isn’t that crucial but I would like to know what replacement audio jack port to get  and maybe a circuit diagram would be helpful. Has anyone tried that? And did it go? Thanks
